Volunteer

The Sci-Tech Challenge project is designed to motivate students, aged 15-18, to consider Science, Technology, Engeneering and Maths (STEM)-oriented careers.

In the Sci-Tech Challenge, students have the opportunity to work with employees from ExxonMobil. In this way, young people can learn about the STEM-related jobs they do and improve their understanding of the energy sector at the same time. These kinds of experiences are extremely helpful as young people explore future career options and plan their education.

People highlighted in this section have already worked as volunteers in their respective countries.

Register as a Volunteer

The JA Programmes are based on the principle of "learning by doing", and each programme involves practical, fun, hands-on activities, led by a volunteer from local business working alongside teachers.

In becoming a volunteer for JA Europe, you can make a real difference to the lives and potential of young people in your area by helping them to understand the world of business and prepare for their working lives.

As part of the Sci-Tech Challenge, we are looking for volunteers to run a session with students participating in this programme.
